Our approach

Wordly is designed so vocabulary learning remains clear, understandable, and comfortable for as many learners as possible. Accessibility is part of our ongoing product and testing process.

02

Visual accessibility

  • Wordly uses a consistent dark interface with high-contrast text, controls, and focus states.
  • Correct and incorrect answers are identified with icons and text meaning in addition to color.
  • Interactive controls use clear labels and sufficiently large touch targets.
03

Motion and audio

  • When Reduce Motion is enabled on the device, decorative mascot movement, celebration effects, pulsing, and animated scrolling are reduced or removed.
  • Pronunciation audio supplements the English word, its spelling, image, and translated meaning; audio is not the only way learning content is presented.
04

Assistive technology

Wordly uses native controls and accessibility labels for primary navigation, actions, answer choices, word images, audio controls, and progress feedback. We continue to test screen-reader, voice-control, and large-text behavior across complete learning flows before declaring full support for those features in each App Store device category.
